Retiring Tauri for Qt 6, and the library-admin polish round
The desktop client got rewritten from Tauri to Qt 6 + cxx-qt with libmpv rendered into a QQuickFramebufferObject and IPC over QWebChannel. The library-admin surface picked up Refresh-art, Stop-scan, per-series Rescan and Rematch, auto-rematch on directory rename, per-season poster download from TMDb, and a handful of nav and scanner fixes.
